UK Qualification Reference Statement
Skip contentsAfter you have applied
We will:
- check your qualifications to compare it with the UK education systems
- aim to finish assessing the application within 20 working days
- update you on the ENIC user portal in the ‘order status’ section on the progress of your application
We will never call you to ask for additional payments. All payment requests will be made directly through your registered account.
If we need more information from you
The 20-day timeframe will restart if we need more information or documents from you. If this happens, we will message you on your online account.
If we cannot carry out an assessment, we will notify you through your online account.
Receiving your e-Statement
Your UK Qualification Reference Statement will be available to download as an e-Statement.
This official document can be verified by employers, colleges, universities, professional bodies and other institutions.
Requesting a printed Statement
After we issue your e-Statement, you can request a printed Statement through your account or live chat.
The cost of receiving a paper copy depends on your location:
- £10.50 for UK delivery
- £63.00 for international delivery
If your circumstances change before we complete your order
You need to tell UK ENIC if any of your details change. For example, if the address for documents to be sent to you changes.
After you have received your Statement
The UK Qualification Reference Statement is meant to support your original documentation and should be treated as guidance. The final decision about any employment or study you apply for will be made by the institution.
You may still need to show your transcripts and other original documents to potential employers or admitting institutions for consideration.
You can get a reassessment if you:
- disagree with a decision
- are unhappy with how your application was handled
- did not like the service you received
There is no expiry date on your UK Qualification Reference Statement.
